'There's something slightly deeper here. Think about the local economy. Millions and millions of pounds coming into Liverpool. I think, and forgive the management term, the "Network Effect", of this event is huge and exciting.' - BBC Director General, Tim Davie.

The show was filled with humour, sincerity and character. And the title of the episode is a real charm too!

The show was hosted by Eurovision Winner Måns Zelmerlöw, BBC Breakfast’s Nina Warhurst, BBC News Eurovision Reporter Daniel Rosney, as well as BBC Radio Merseyside's Ngunan Adamu.
