Situated only a short walk from Liverpool Town Hall, Tempest on Tithebarn offers a beautifully relaxed environment to enjoy quality food and drink such as their delicious range of desserts.
Tempest's Sticky Toffee Puddling was a delight and is one of the many items on the menu that has had us going back repeatedly since our initial visit to one of our favourite City Centre venues.
