The Secret Society Of Super Villain Artists (SSOSVA) is making its presence known across the Liverpool Metropolitan Area with the mysterious local group of artists discretely slapping stickers on a number of lamp posts in the seaside village of Park Gate, in the rural Southern part of the Borough of Wirral.
