Bongo’s Bingo have revealed a very special show titled 'Monday Madness Freedom Day' which is taking place on Monday the 19th of July in Liverpool.

The award-winning bingo rave event series is returning with its first full house for over 16 months since the start of the pandemic. It will be hosted by Co-Founder and life-of-the-party, Jonny Bongo. Tickets are on sale now.

With the soon to be removed pandemic restrictions, this means that every aspect of the original pre-pandemic experience is now finally returning. This includes a plethora of staple features to the events including confetti cannons and the much-loved renditions of Mr Brightside, dancing on benches, stage surfing on mobility scooters and big cash prizes. Bongo's Bingo is promising to be a magic and mayhem-filled evening of pure escapism at its home The Baltic Triangle.

Due to how the pandemic has created or only worsened mental health problems, Bongo’s Bingo has chosen to donate £2 from every ticket sold for the special show to Mind, The Mental Health Charity.

Jonny Bongo, the Co-Founder of Bongo’s Bingo alongside Joshua Burke, said: 'We can’t quite believe it is happening after all this time. Being able to do the show how it was always intended, with everything thrown in again, is quite mind-blowing really.'

He added: 'And to be able to open up again fully across the UK in all of the venues too, the length and breadth of the country, is incredible too. We know how difficult it has been for everyone since last March. And we know many people have been desperate to be together again. So Monday July 19th is a new beginning for us all, really. It is going to be bloody emotional.'

There will be more Bongo’s Bingo dates to be announced very soon. However, for now, the one-off 'Monday Madness Freedom Day' spectacular is all about having fun, leaving all worries at the door and getting the bingo books open and pens at the ready.
