Mother’s Day in the Liverpool City Region is one of the most important dates on the calendar and for Sunday the 19th of March, The Art School have curated two Special Menus to celebrate the fabulous occasion.

Chef Patron Paul Askew, a master in the Culinary Arts, and his team have created a wonderful 5-Course Menu – A Special Mother’s Day Lunch - inspired by the spring season and the wonderful produce available across the region, sourced from local independent farms, artisans and cultivators.

'As always, we’ve crafted these menus around spring and sustainability as we continue to champion and celebrate the goodness around us.' Chef Paul Askew, Chef Patron of The Art School.

There is also a 3-Course Children’s Menu for under 12s so all family members are very much welcome to experience The Art School for Mother’s Day.

The Art School is gearing up for a momentous 2023 following on from their busiest year to date in 2022. In December 2022 Paul and his team had the immense honour to cater for The Turner Prize which took place in the spectacular St George’s Hall.

The year also included debuting at The Grand National in April and bringing fine-dining to Topham House where The Art School was lovingly recreated, to Paul helping launch 'Taste Liverpool. Drink Bordeaux' in June as its Patron whilst running the Bordeaux Bar de Vin in the spectacular Grade 2 Listed Martins Bank Building.

This April The Art School returns to Aintree, with a plethora of many more exciting plans to be revealed for 2023.

Chef Paul Askew, Chef Patron of The Art School, said: 'The City always celebrates Mother’s Day in the finest of styles and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to The Art School. Whether it’s a small gathering or a sprawling family get together, we’re able to service every kind of celebration for this very special day and to toast to all of the wonderful Mums out there or remember Mums who have been lost.'

Chef Askew added: 'As always, we’ve crafted these menus around spring and sustainability as we continue to champion and celebrate the goodness around us. We also have our children’s menu for ages 12 and under which is great value at £25 per child. Children should be able to experience what we do here and I’m confident all guests young, old and everywhere in-between will have a fantastic Mother’s Day with us at The Art School.'
