This St Patrick’s Day, Tuesday the 17th of March, The Ivy Collection restaurants across the UK and Ireland will be marking the occasion with a special limited-edition dessert, created exclusively for the celebration.

Mark Askew, Group Executive Chef at The Ivy Collection, said: "St Patrick’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Irish heritage through flavour. Our St. Patrick’s Reserve dessert brings together the rich, distinctive notes of Guinness with smooth dark chocolate and vanilla to create something indulgent and memorable. It’s a playful yet refined tribute to the occasion."

The dessert is limited edition, so guests are invited to book their table soon to avoid disappointment and ensure their St Patrick’s Day plans are in the diary.
