Perfect Beat Saber VR Performance Of 'You Spin Me Right Round' By Dead Or Alive

Gaming YouTuber, Tempex, who specialises in mastering Virtual Reality (VR) video games completed a full combo perfect run of the iconic song 'You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)'. The number one hit is by the Liverpudlian band Dead Or Alive on the immensely popular and critically acclaimed multi-platform VR rhythm game, Beat Saber. Tempex's video gained over 700,000 video views and more than 14,000 likes.

The game was played to pinpoint accuracy and shows the incredible reach of the band's songs to this day from their original release of the single on the 5th November 1984. The song was part of Dead Or Alive's 1985 album, Youthquake, which reached the top ten in the UK charts at position number nine.

You can watch the full video of Pete Burns' chart-topping song being played to perfection with an outstanding level of skill and class below as a track featured on the rhythm-based video game. The classic 80s song that led the band to tour the world was a perfect choice for the video game, with the track's high energy new wave synth-pop vibes are a superb match for the pulsating neon-lit game.

It is fascinating to see a brilliant part of Liverpool's history to be not only preserved in such a fantastic way but continuing to flourish in one of the most exciting technological advancements, such as through VR, enabling new generations to find out about Dead Or Alive's music in an exhilarating and innovative way.
