CHEF PAUL ASKEW is hosting a fine-dining fundraising dinner taking place in the Liverpool City Region on Monday the 7th of November at The Hilton Hotel in Liverpool ONE with Hospitality Action.


The fundraising dinner is raising money for hospitality families in crisis. Ellis Barrie, Aiden Byrne, Paul Leonard and Tom Parker along with Paul Askew hosting are raising money for this important cause.


The four Award-Winning Chefs are a truly remarkable collective:

  • Ellis Barrie of Lerpwl, Royal Albert Dock in the Liverpool City Region.

  • Aiden Byrne of The Church Green, Lymm in Cheshire.

  • Paul Leonard of The Forest Side, Grasmere in The Lake District (1 Michelin Star).

  • Tom Parker of The White Swan, Fence in Burnley, Lancashire (1 Michelin Star).

The four nationally recognised chefs are preparing a very special four-course meal in Hospitality Action’s honour on Monday 7th November at the Hilton Hotel, Liverpool.


This much anticipated fundraising dinner will be hosted by Liverpool local, Paul Askew of The Art School which is located in The Hope Street Quarter & BARNACLE (Michelin Recommended) which is located in The East Village neighbourhood.


Chef Askew will bring these outstandingly talented chefs together as they create delicious dishes to support countless hospitality families in crisis.
