The now Liverpool City Region-based 'Tin Star' was created by British writer and director Rowan Joffe who has previously been involved with high profile projects such as 28 Weeks Late, Brighton Rocks, The American and Before I Go To Sleep. Joffe has worked with stars such as George Clooney, Colin Firth, Nicole Kidman, John Hurt and Helen Mirren.
