Take A Look Inside The New Brazilian Restaurant, Coco Brazil Rodizio Bar And Grill, Is Set To Open On Multi-Cultural Bold Street In The Ropewalks Neighbourhood Next Week After £350,000 Investment

New Brazilian restaurant launches next week, Coco Brazil Rodizio Bar & Grill, which is set to open on Monday the 13th of October 2025, on one of Liverpool City Centre’s favourite streets for foodies.
Last month The Liverpudlian covered the £350,000 investment which has been made into transforming the venue, converting it from the former Ellis Brigham mountain clothing shop, and into a high-end restaurant, making it a perfect fit for the multi-cultural hotspot that Bold Street has become.
Those behind the luxurious eatery predict that it is going to become one of the places to go on the already busy and bustling highstreet.
“With events and live music nights, it will become the restaurant people will go to not just to eat, but to mingle and dance, and have an amazing time.” - Mo Niazi, the General Manager of Coco Brazil Rodizio Bar & Grill.
Bold Street has seen a burgeoning food and drink scene over the last few years, and is now the place to go in Liverpool City Centre for dishes from around the world.
A large budget has seen more than £350,000 spent refurbishing the Bold Street building over the last six months to create a stunning restaurant across two floors, each with its own experience.
A bold modern interior will feature dramatic statement pieces like greenery walls - one featuring a dynamic facial sculpture - and a huge glass chandelier, and along with rich colours of warm copper with wood accents they will create a vibrant Brazilian-inspired energy.

There’s a jaw-dropping staircase leading to a new mezzanine level that will greet and impress customers the minute they walk in. The high-end restaurant will have the capacity for 110 diners.
On the ground floor will be a lively Rodízio service, where premium cuts of meat keep coming to the table, and on the upper floor, an à la carte restaurant with seafood, lighter dishes, and vegetarian options for guests who want something beyond red meat.
Mo Niazi, the General Manager of Coco Brazil Rodizio Bar & Grill, said: “We are so excited to finally be ready to open after a long refurbishment period”.
Mo added: “With events and live music nights, it will become the restaurant people will go to not just to eat, but to mingle and dance, and have an amazing time.”
He said: “The concept and design has taken months to come together and the fantastic interior we’ve created will be the perfect go-to for all those selfies and social media posts.”
Mo, said: “We have created over 20 new full and part-time jobs with this new venture and all our staff are looking forward to welcoming diners into Coco Brazil. Latin American music will fill the restaurant, and there are plans to hold live music events and stage salsa evenings to enhance the Brazilian vibe.”
He added: “There will be freshly prepared sides and indulgent desserts that create memorable finishing touches, and Coco Brazil signature drinks and house cocktails served in unique vessels, like our signature coconut mug.”
He said: “Coco Brazil is not just another Rodízio — it’s an elevated version of the traditional concept, and it’s a destination. It’s modern, vibrant, and authentic, and it’s designed to give Liverpool a taste of Brazil in a new luxury way.”
