A new Brazilian restaurant launching early next month will ‘bring an even bigger buzz to Bold Street’ which is already a thriving multicultural epicentre for Liverpool's food and drinks scene.

Coco Brazil Rodizio Bar & Grill is set to open in the former Ellis Brigham mountain clothing store around October 8, on one of Liverpool City Centre’s favourite streets for foodies.

And those behind the luxurious eatery predict it’s going to fast become one of the places to go on the already busy and bustling street.

“Coco Brazil is not just another Rodízio — it’s an elevated version of the traditional concept, and it’s a destination. It’s modern, vibrant, and authentic, and it’s designed to give Liverpool a taste of Brazil in a new luxury way.” - A spokesperson for the venue.

A spokesperson for the new site, said: “It’s going to be vibrant and alive and fresh”.

They added: “With events and live music nights it will become the restaurant people will go to not just to eat, but to mingle and dance, and have an amazing time.”

They said: “It’s going to bring a bigger buzz than ever to Bold Street — and the dazzling interior we’ve created will be the perfect go-to for all those selfies and social media posts.”

More than £350,000 has been spent refurbishing the building over the last six months to create a stunning restaurant across two floors, each with its own experience.

A bold modern interior will feature dramatic statement pieces like greenery walls — one featuring a dynamic facial sculpture — and a huge glass chandelier, and along with rich colours of warm copper with wood accents they will create a vibrant Brazilian-inspired energy.

There’s a jaw-dropping staircase leading to a new mezzanine level that will greet and impress customers the minute they walk in.

The high-end restaurant will have capacity for 110 guests across the venue.

On the ground floor will be a lively Rodízio service, where premium cuts of meat keep coming to the table, and on the upper floor, an à la carte restaurant with seafood, lighter dishes, and vegetarian options for guests who want something beyond red meat.

The venue's spokesperson added: “There will be freshly prepared sides, and indulgent desserts that create memorable finishing touches, and Coco Brazil signature drinks and house cocktails served in unique vessels, like our signature coconut mug.”

They said: “It’s that attention to detail that will set us apart: from the interior design to the food presentation, every element has been thought through to create a refined yet welcoming brand.”

Latin American music will fill the restaurant, and there are plans to hold live music events and stage salsa evenings to enhance the Brazilian vibe.
