Sab Muthusamy & Rachel Louise Clark's 'They Don't Really Care About Us' Follows A Murder Case That Grips The Nation Amidst A Backdrop Of Racial Tension & Political Unrest
4AM Productions are back with a dark and gritty crime thriller with racial discrimination and the British criminal justice system at the heart of it.
Set in the mid 90's, Vanessa Cambpell is an upcoming poet and has just released her first book of poetry much to the joy of her adoring parents Carol and Graham. She hosts a book signing event one evening which her closest friends and family enjoy, after a night of celebration, the unthinkable happens and she is brutally murdered.
The police arrest Dinesh Sharma, a young man studying medicine who is of Indian descent. The case grips the nation amidst a backdrop of racial tension and political unrest. A case of racial injustice or a cold blooded killer? The truth isn't always so obvious.
