Businesses, charities, community organisations and residents across Warrington are being encouraged to sign up and take part in this year’s Warrington Pride parade as preparations continue for the town-wide event next month.

Taking place on Saturday 13th June, Warrington Pride will once again bring performances, entertainment and community activity into the town centre, with the parade forming one of the biggest parts of the day.

Parade registration is now officially open, with organisations and individuals from across the borough invited to get involved.

Warrington BID is now encouraging local businesses, venues, schools, charities, sports clubs, community organisations and groups of friends or colleagues to take part and help bring colour, music and atmosphere into the town centre.

They added: “You see businesses walking alongside community groups, charities, performers, families and friends, all helping create an amazing atmosphere through the town centre.

Andrea, said: “Warrington Pride is a brilliant opportunity for organisations and businesses to visibly show their support for the LGBTQ+ community, and we’d love to see even more people getting involved in the parade this year.
