Liverpool software developer Videosign partners with leading financial advice platform intelliflo

Digital signature platform Videosign partners with intelliflo

Digital signature pioneer Videosign has collaborated with financial advice software provider intelliflo to enhance the user experience  for both advisors and their clients.

The new integration allows intelliflo users to seamlessly meet clients and securely manage the signing and witnessing of documents, all within a single, streamlined software platform.

Videosign Chief Executive Steven Tallant said: “By integrating with intelliflo, advisors can now offer their clients an upgraded experience when meeting remotely.

“Navigating multiple software systems can be disruptive and impractical during remote meetings, particularly for clients who are less IT literate.

“This partnership delivers simplified workflows and greater efficiency for advisors, while clients benefit from a more seamless and user-friendly interaction.”

Since its launch in 2019, Videosign has aimed to provide a solution that is more secure, efficient and convenient than the traditional pen-and-ink signature.

Widely adopted in the financial services and legal professions,  Videosign’s online meeting platform features built-in capabilities for signing, witnessing, and storing documents remotely.

Documents signed with tamper-proof digital signatures are securely stored alongside video evidence of the meeting.

Nick Eatock, CEO of intelliflo, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Videosign to integrate their pioneering digital signature technology into our platform. Offering a solution that cuts out the hassle of switching between different tools means advisors can work more efficiently, and clients get a straightforward and more user-friendly experience.

“At intelliflo, we’re dedicated to making the lives of financial advisers easier, and this partnership is another important step in that direction.”

Videosign Head of Business Growth Nina Hinton said: “Videosign is already popular among financial advisors due to the improved experience, security and convenience it offers.

“We’re excited about this new integration and believe it will give more advisors and clients the opportunity to discover the benefits of our software.”

Videosign provides advanced user verification through AI-powered facial recognition, comparing individuals to passport or driving licence photos.

User verification can also be carried out using banking credentials through a partnership with the OneID identification service.

Digital signatures used by Videosign comply with the highest eIDAS European safety security standards.
