Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner Jeanie Bell has warned that organised crime groups are increasingly using legitimate-looking businesses and accommodation to conceal exploitation, as she highlighted the work of Merseyside's Modern Slavery Network on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons.
