Liverpool-born multi-hyphenate performer, Tim Lucas, will launch his new run of live shows going on tour, ‘WE’RE HAVIN’ A PARTY’, with a City Centre hometown performance at The Epstein Theatre this Valentine’s Day, marking the start of his 3-date tour.

The production will then travel to the Floral Pavilion in New Brighton for a Mother’s Day special, before continuing to St Helens Theatre Royal.

“I’ve always loved entertaining people. Making them laugh, sing along and forget about everything for a couple of hours. This show is me putting everything I love into one place, and I can’t wait to share it with even more people.” - Tim Lucas speaking about the production.

Tim has played a wide and varied collection of characters on stages across Theatreland, from Sammy Johnstone in Blood Brothers for the official UK & Ireland Tour throughout 2023, including at The Empire Theatre, as Gaston in Beauty & The Beast at St Helens Theatre Royal, and as Captain Hook in Peter Pan at the New Theatre Royal in Portsmouth to name but a few. In addition to all of that, he also works as a singer for private parties, weddings & events.

A trained actor and triple-threat performer, Lucas brings together singing, stand-up comedy and live entertainment in a high-energy stage production that combines music with audience interaction. His performances are characterised by a mix of humour and popular music, with audiences encouraged to sing along while engaging with the show’s comic elements.

Tim has previously appeared in plays, musicals, pantomimes, variety shows and live events. During lockdown, he also worked as a landscape labourer, an experience he now references as part of his stage persona.

‘WE’RE HAVIN’ A PARTY’ draws on musical influences including Motown, soul, swing and rock ’n’ roll. The production features a live band, dancers and guest vocalists performing well-known tracks such as My Girl and Red Light Spells Danger, creating a nostalgic soundtrack intended to engage audiences throughout the evening.

The Liverpool date at the Epstein Theatre serves as the official launch of the 2026 tour, presented as a Valentine’s Night edition centred on live entertainment and celebration.

In March, the show moves to the Floral Pavilion for a more intimate Mother’s Day performance, described as a celebration of women and family occasions.

The tour will then continue to St Helens Theatre Royal, a venue closely associated with Lucas through his pantomime work. The performance reflects his ongoing connection with audiences who have supported his career.
