BARNACLE is celebrating Spring’s bounty with many new dishes that celebrate all corners of the Liverpool City Region through their inclusive dishes.

BARNACLE is inclusive in a multitude of ways, in terms of their wide selection of ingredients from across the Bay Area, as well as involving all of Liverpool's fabulously unique Boroughs and amalgamating them into exquisite gastronomic excellence for both locals and visitors to enjoy.

BARNACLE's Spring Excellence Menu Includes:

  • Saltmarsh Lamb, Raspberry, Smithy's Mushroom & Aubergine.

  • Claremont Farm Asparagus, Growing Fields’ Radish, Blood Orange & Barley.

  • Crossley Farm Pork Kyiv, Lemon Thyme, Pink Fir Potatoes, Broad Beans & Wirral Watercress.

  • Whipped Bay Pannacotta, Lemon Thyme, Aintree Honey & Earl Grey.

BARNACLE is also inclusive in the way that they have incorporated a Ukrainian dish from a Farm in their Capital, Kyiv, which our Ukrainian Guests will be able to also enjoy, especially with the Liverpool City Region's hosting of Eurovision 2023.
