Your Right to A Refund

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

Refund Eligibility

We can offer refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:

The item is damaged, faulty, or not as described.
You have changed your mind and the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging (for eligible items).

Please note:

Personalised items, perishable goods, and intimate products (e.g. earrings) are non-refundable unless faulty.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return postage.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
