Introduction:
This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with The Liverpudlian Tours, a trading name of The Liverpudlian Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our"), including private tours and public tours, whether booked directly or via authorised third-party sellers such as Fever, Viator, or others.
Information Collection & Use:
1. General Overview
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our guests as reasonably as possible while also ensuring we can continue operating our tours sustainably. Please review the appropriate Cancellation Policy for the type of tour and booking method you selected.
2. Private Tours (Booked Directly)
Cancellation by Customer:

Free cancellation is available up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time) are treated as non-refundable cancellations.
Changes to Booking:

Subject to availability, you may reschedule your private tour up to 48 hours in advance at no extra cost.

Requests to reschedule less than 48 hours before the tour may incur a fee or be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation by The Liverpudlian Tours:

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, staff illness, low bookings), we reserve the right to cancel tours. In such instances, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Public Tours (Booked Directly)
Cancellation by Customer:

You may cancel your public tour booking up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals (more than 5 minutes past the tour's start time) are considered non-refundable cancellations.
Cancellation by The Liverpudlian Tours:

If we cancel due to low attendance, poor weather, or other operational issues, guests will receive either a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
4. Public Tours (Booked via Third-Party Platforms)
If you booked through a third-party platform such as Fever, Viator, GetYourGuide, etc., please refer to their specific cancellation policy as their terms may vary.
However, in general:

Most platforms honour free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before the scheduled tour.

For late cancellations or no-shows, refunds are typically not permitted unless the platform or The Liverpudlian Tours cancels the tour.
If you are unsure whether your booking qualifies for a refund, please contact the platform you booked through directly.

6. Changes To This Refund Policy:
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 11/06/2025 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time and you should check this Refund Policy periodically. Your continued use and/or purchase of the Product now or in the future after we post any modifications to the Refund Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Refund Policy.
